Trailer Mudguards & Fenders
We build trailer mudguards in steel and impact-resistant plastic, in half, full and tandem-axle fender lengths, with mounting brackets sized to bolt straight onto your chassis rail. A mudguard that flexes or cracks after a season on gravel roads isn't saving anyone money — ours are built to outlast the tires they're covering.

Steel vs. Plastic Mudguard — Which Fits Your Route
Steel mudguards take a hit and hold their shape — the right call for lowbed and heavy-haul trailers running rock, scrap or construction routes where a plastic fender would crack the first month. We roll them from 1.5-2mm steel, shot-blast and powder coat to the same finish as our wheel rims, so they don't rust through from the inside where road salt and mud sit against bare metal.
Plastic mudguards cost less, weigh a fraction of steel, and never rust — the practical choice for flatbed and tanker fleets running mostly sealed highway where impact risk is low and every kilogram of tare weight matters for payload. Our plastic fender compound is UV-stabilized so it doesn't go brittle and crack in tropical sun, and it stays flexible down to -30°C for buyers running cold routes. Whichever material you choose, fitting the correct fender on trailer chassis rail geometry matters as much as the material itself — a fender mounted too close to the tire rubs at full suspension travel, while one mounted too far back leaves the gap the spray suppression is meant to close.
Half Fender, Full Fender, or Tandem Fender
A half fender covers the top and rear quarter of the tire — enough to knock down spray on a single-axle trailer but not full coverage. A full fender wraps further forward and down the sides, the standard spec for most flatbed and tanker builds where following-vehicle spray and debris matter for regulatory compliance in EU and Middle East markets. Tandem fender and tridem fender units span the full wheel group on multi-axle trailers in one continuous piece, mounted on a single bracket assembly rather than two or three separate fenders bolted side by side.
We size the fender span to your axle spacing and tire diameter — send us the axle centers and tire size (11R22.5, 12R22.5, 295/80R22.5, all covered under our trailer tire range) and we cut the fender to fit rather than shipping a generic length you trim on site. These trailer wheel mudguards are only as effective as their fit to the actual tire — undersize the span and spray still gets past the edges, oversize it and the fender fouls suspension travel or road debris on tight turns.
Bolt-On Brackets — No Welding on Your Chassis
Every mudguard ships with its mounting bracket pre-drilled to bolt onto standard chassis rail without cutting or welding, which matters if you're retrofitting an existing fleet rather than speccing a new build. Brackets are galvanized or powder-coated steel depending on the fender material ordered, sized for the bolt spacing common on Fuwa, BPW and locally-fabricated chassis across African and Middle Eastern trailer builds.
For buyers who prefer a fixed weld-on mount for permanent installation on new-build trailers, we supply the bracket in raw steel ready for your welder — same fender, different mount method, tell us which when you order.
Replacing Damaged Fenders Without Downtime
Fenders take the first hit from road debris, low branches and loading dock contact, and a cracked or torn mudguard isn't just cosmetic — it's a compliance issue in markets that inspect for spray suppression, and it exposes brake lines and wiring harnesses mounted nearby to direct road spray. We stock standard sizes for same-week shipment so a damaged fender doesn't keep a trailer parked waiting on a custom part. We keep steel and plastic trailer fenders for sale in every standard half, full and tandem size, so a damaged unit ships fast rather than waiting on a custom production run.
Fleets running mixed trailer ages often standardize on one fender spec across the yard specifically so a damaged unit swaps in from spare stock without matching to the original OEM part number.
